Prices and Payments

The prices shown on this website include VAT at the prevailing rate and are valid for the moment the purchase was made. Workshoped reserves the right to change the prices shown, at any time, when they correspond to human error or computer error. In case of exchange of the product for another, the value of the final product applies.

Orders can be paid through ATM reference, MB Way, debit / credit card or Paypal. Proof of payment is not required.

Invoices and Receipts

The respective invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address and will also be available in the user’s personal area on the website.

How to buy

All products in our online store are subject to stock availability.
To purchase any of the items in our store, click on the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. Whenever you place an order for a product through the shopping cart, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order and the details. A purchase is only considered completed if the confirmation screen appears. You can consult this data in your account of our online store. This data is kept confidentially in our store, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped according to the shipping method selected when placing the order. Any delivery dates provided by Workshoped are estimates. Workshoped reserves the right to deliver in installments, if deemed appropriate.

Workshoped will send an email when the order is shipped, and the customer can consult the order and shipping information in his Personal Account. If any product shipped is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge a fee on the entire cost of shipping and processing.

The products from our store are shipped to the following countries or territories: Mainland Portugal and Islands (Madeira and Azores). We ship to other countries with postage costs under prior consultation. Workshoped undertakes to ship the product within 48 hours (working days). Delivery times are the sole responsibility of third parties who can consult the additional information of the respective selected service.

Competence to Settle Consumer Disputes

  1. In the event of a consumer dispute, defined in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, the consumer may resort to the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entity.
  2. Without prejudice to the provisions of the legislation, statutes and regulations to which the entities for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes are bound, it is considered competent to settle the consumer dispute, the entity for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes of the place of the conclusion of the contract for the purchase and sale of the good or the provision of services or alternatively the alternative resolution entity of specialized competence, if any for the sector in question.
  3. If there is no alternative dispute resolution body with competence at the place of the conclusion of the contract or the existing one (s) is not considered competent due to the value of this, the consumers can use the Consumer and Arbitration Information Center, located in Porto, with the electronic address: cicap@cicap.pt available on the page http://www.cicap.pt.

Legal rights

These “Terms and Conditions” do not affect the rights of customers established by the legislation in force.

Returns Policy

One of our concerns is the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you can cancel your order and return the product (s) within fourteen working days after receiving the order.

Workshoped does not accept returns for product on sale.

It is the customer’s full responsibility to notify us, within the referenced period, by email, phone or mail, of their intention to cancel. The goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. After receiving and verifying the conformity of the article, the respective value will be returned, which can be made through a refund or a credit (personal and non-transferable) from the store in the amount charged for the Applicable Product.

All products must be returned in accordance with the instructions received when contacting our customer service at customercare@workshoped.com. The return item can be rejected if there is evidence that the product has been used, damaged or damaged due to misuse or handling.

Product exchange

Workshoped accepts the exchange of products, as long as the primitive product is in its original state. However, the customer will bear the costs of returning and reshipping the product.
