To create a Workshoped account, first click on the “user” icon in the upper right corner of your screen to access the Log In page. On this page you just have to click the “Create Account” button, enter your details and finally click on “Register”.
On your ‘My Account’ page, click on the ‘Addresses’ option in the vertical menu on the left side of the screen. Then click on edit ‘Shipping Address’ and make your changes, finally you just have to click on ‘Save Address’!

Open the last email we sent you and at the bottom of that email you will see the option to ‘stop receiving these emails’, please click that link and follow the necessary steps. You will be immediately removed from our mailing list. Please note that you will continue to receive emails regarding orders you place.

No, to place an order at Workshoped you do not need an account! However, if you create an account you will have access both to your entire order history and status, as well as being part of this Workshopers family!
Very easy! Just find your favorite Workshop Box through our main category.
1. Take a look at all our boxes and click on your favorite one.
2. On the product page, choose the quantity you want to buy and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
3. A tab will open where you will see all the items in your cart, confirm the Workshop Boxes you want to buy and click the ‘Checkout’ button.
4. In this step, fill in your personal details and enter the payment information so you can complete the purchase by clicking the “Buy” button!
You will proceed to a confirmation page and receive an email with all information regarding your order. Now you’ll just have to wait for our little magic box 🙂
The shipping address is the address where you would like to receive your order. The billing address is the address that will be present on your order invoice. The name of the invoice holder must match the holder of the VAT number you enter.
Of course you can and it’s a great idea! If you would like the order to go directly to the lucky person, you just need to make sure that the shipping address is of that person.
Shipping costs are the rate the delivery company charges to take your order home! Prices vary depending on how many Workshop Boxes you buy and how fast you want to receive your order:
Shipping costs for a Workshop Box are € 3.55 for Standard Shipping and € 7.55 for Express Shipping. These values may increase according to the number of Workshop Boxes you buy.

The dispatch and delivery time of your order depends on the type of shipment you choose during checkout:
-Portugal and Europe
We usually take 1-2 business days to dispatch but in busy times of the year (like Black Friday, Christmas, etc…), we may take up to 5 days.
Normal Shipping: delivery time goes from 1 to 3 business days. Express Shipping: between 1 to 2 business days.

Please, do bear in mind, that these delivery times are not final and can vary according to some busy times of the year.
You can track the status of your order on the delivery company website – CTT website – CTT (Correios de Portugal), entering the tracking number we sent you by email.
If the expected delivery time has already been exceeded, please contact us via our email address, so we can to try to figure out what happened and work on the best solution.
There’s no problem! If there is nobody to receive your Workshop Box at the shipping address, the distribution company will leave you a notification (usually directly in your mail box), in order for you to be able to collect your order from the nearest post office!
If the date for collection is exceeded, your order will be returned to our facilities. We can ship your order again but we will have to charge for shipping costs or we can issue a refund.
As our Workshop Boxes are assembled by hand, there is a possibility of forgetting or making mistakes, we apologize and hope you understand! If something is missing from your Workshop Box, please contact us and we will send it as soon as possible.
For starters, we apologize for that! We try to organize and protect all materials as carefully as possible, but as we have to rely on third parties for the delivery service, we cannot control the process 100%. Anyway, send us an email as soon as you realize something is not right and we will try to replace these materials as soon as possible.
Yes, all prices shown at our website include VAT at the legal rate in force and represent the final price to pay for the item chosen.
The payment methods available at Workshoped are: Multibanco, MBWay, VISA/Mastercard and Paypal.

Paying by Credit Card at our website is 100% secure. We use SSL encrypted communication and work with a real time connection to banking systems.
If you choose to pay for your order with this payment method, you will be redirected to Paypal’s secure portal so that you can pay with your PayPal account or a Credit / Debit Card quickly and securely without sharing any financial information.
Payment by ATM is easy, simple and secure, and there is no risk of fraudulent use of your card. After order confirmation, the ATM payment details will be available on your screen, and also via email. Payment can be made at an offline ATM or at your bank’s online service by choosing the “Payment for services and / or purchases” option.
You can pay for your orders through the MB WAY app. If you select this payment method, you must enter the mobile phone number associated with your account and “Accept” or “Decline” payment to Workshoped in the app. Payment confirmation is immediate. Learn more about MBWay at https://www.mbway.pt/.
We are currently shipping to all of Europe and we are looking into the possibility of shipping worldwide very soon.
International orders take between 3 and 7 business days to reach the destination country.
Currently, our Workshop Boxes are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
At Workshoped, all payments are made in Euros.
