What's Workshoped?
Workshoped is a company that created the concept of Workshops inside a box! That is, we pick a theme, do lots of research on it, choose the necessary materials, create a step by step illustrated guide and put it all inside a beautiful box. By doing this, we allow you to learn a new thing without even leaving your sofa! There are several internet videos that teach us how to do just about everything, but there was no hands-on solution that would allow us easy access to the necessary materials and the whole step-by-step learning process. This way you can learn something new whenever you want and without having to leave home, from scented candles to your own notebooks!
What's a Workshop Box?
Your future! A Workshop Box is a box where you will find everything that you need to learn something new! All our boxes come with all the needed materials and illustrated instructions necessary for you to learn something new regarding lots of different themes.
Do you have face-to-face Workshops?
Nope! We don’t have face-to-face Workshops, at least for now! Our goal is that you learn something for yourself in the coziness of your sofa!
Can I buy one of your Workshop Boxes in a physical store?
Not at the moment! We are in talks with some possible partners to make it a reality. For now, you’ll have to order it online at our website.

Yeees! We are always thinking of new ideas and themes to add to our “collection”, so keep an eye out as we plan to launch several Workshop Boxes a year! A friend’s advice, join our newsletter and be one of the first to know when we launch new Workshops!
Can I create my own Workshop Box?
Of course! If you’ve got an incredible idea for a new Workshop Box that isn’t still available at our website, please let us know all about it by getting in touch with us. We’ll try our best to make it happen!

Your Account

How do I create a personal account at Workshoped?
To create a Workshoped account, first click on the “user” icon in the upper right corner of your screen to access the Log In page. On this page you just have to click the “Create Account” button, enter your details and finally click on “Register”.
How do I change my Shipping Address?
On your ‘My Account’ page, click on the ‘Addresses’ option in the vertical menu on the left side of the screen. Then click on edit ‘Shipping Address’ and make your changes, finally you just have to click on ‘Save Address’!
How do I change my Billing Address?
On your ‘My Account’ page, click on the ‘Addresses’ option in the vertical menu on the left side of the screen. Then click on edit ‘Billing Address’ and make your changes, finally you just have to click on ‘Save Address’!
I can't access my Workshoped account, how can I change my password?
Go to the Log In page and right after the password entry field you will find a link to recover your password. Click this link and enter your email address, then you will receive an email with instructions to change your password.
I don't want to receive any more emails from Workshoped, how do I cancel them?
Open the last email we sent you and at the bottom of that email you will see the option to ‘stop receiving these emails’, please click that link and follow the necessary steps. You will be immediately removed from our mailing list. Please note that you will continue to receive emails regarding orders you place.
Can I erase my personal account at Workshoped?
Yes, we fully respect your rights regarding the new General Data Protection Regulation. To delete your account, send us an email to our email address with that statement and we promise to be quick in the process!

Orders & Shipping

Do I have to create an account to place an order at Workshoped?
No, to place an order at Workshoped you do not need an account! However, if you create an account you will have access both to your entire order history and status, as well as being part of this Workshopers family!
How do I place an order at Workshoped?
Very easy! Just find your favorite Workshop Box through our main category.

From here:

1. Take a look at all our boxes and click on your favorite one.

2. On the product page, choose the quantity you want to buy and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

3. A tab will open where you will see all the items in your cart, confirm the Workshop Boxes you want to buy and click the ‘Checkout’ button.

4. In this step, fill in your personal details and enter the payment information so you can complete the purchase by clicking the “Buy” button!

You will proceed to a confirmation page and receive an email with all information regarding your order. Now you’ll just have to wait for our little magic box 🙂

What's the difference between Shipping address and Billing address?
The shipping address is the address where you would like to receive your order. The billing address is the address that will be present on your order invoice. The name of the invoice holder must match the holder of the VAT number you enter.
Can I buy a Workshop Box as a gift?
Of course you can and it’s a great idea! If you would like the order to go directly to the lucky person, you just need to make sure that the shipping address is of that person.
What do shipping costs represent and how much do they cost?
Shipping costs are the rate the delivery company charges to take your order home! Prices vary depending on how many Workshop Boxes you buy and how fast you want to receive your order:

-Portugal

Shipping costs for a Workshop Box are € 3.55 for Standard Shipping and € 7.55 for Express Shipping. These values may increase according to the number of Workshop Boxes you buy.

-Europe

Shipping costs for a Workshop Box are € 7.35 for Standard Shipping and € 12.55 for Express Shipping. These values may increase according to the number of Workshop Boxes you buy.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The dispatch and delivery time of your order depends on the type of shipment you choose during checkout:

Dispatch

-Portugal and Europe

We usually take 1-2 business days to dispatch but in busy times of the year (like Black Friday, Christmas, etc…), we may take up to 5 days.

Delivery

-Portugal

Normal Shipping: delivery time goes from 1 to 3 business days. Express Shipping: between 1 to 2 business days.

-Europe

Normal Shipping: delivery time goes from 3 to 5 business days. Express Shipping: delivery time goes from 1 to 3 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order on the delivery company website – CTT websiteCTT (Correios de Portugal), entering the tracking number we sent you by email.
The expected delivery date has passed and I haven't received my order yet, can you help me?
If the expected delivery time has already been exceeded, please contact us via our email address, so we can to try to figure out what happened and work on the best solution.
I will not be/was present at the address when the order delivery was attempted, what can I do now?
There’s no problem! If there is nobody to receive your Workshop Box at the shipping address, the distribution company will leave you a notification (usually directly in your mail box), in order for you to be able to collect your order from the nearest post office!
If I pass the order pickup date on the distribution company center or post office, what should I do?
If the date for collection is exceeded, your order will be returned to our facilities. We can ship your order again but we will have to charge for shipping costs or we can issue a refund.
My Workshop Box arrived incomplete, how should I proceed?
As our Workshop Boxes are assembled by hand, there is a possibility of forgetting or making mistakes, we apologize and hope you understand! If something is missing from your Workshop Box, please contact us and we will send it as soon as possible.
Some of the materials inside my Workshop Box are damaged, what can I do?
For starters, we apologize for that! We try to organize and protect all materials as carefully as possible, but as we have to rely on third parties for the delivery service, we cannot control the process 100%. Anyway, send us an email as soon as you realize something is not right and we will try to replace these materials as soon as possible.

Do prices showed at Workshoped already include taxes?
Yes, all prices shown at our website include VAT at the legal rate in force and represent the final price to pay for the item chosen.
What are the payment methods available at Workshoped?
The payment methods available at Workshoped are: Multibanco, MBWay, VISA/Mastercard and Paypal.
Is it safe to buy online at Workshoped?
Yes, it is completely safe to pay your orders on our online store.

Credit / Debit Card – Visa / Mastercard (Worldwide)

Paying by Credit Card at our website is 100% secure. We use SSL encrypted communication and work with a real time connection to banking systems.

PayPal (Worldwide)

If you choose to pay for your order with this payment method, you will be redirected to Paypal’s secure portal so that you can pay with your PayPal account or a Credit / Debit Card quickly and securely without sharing any financial information.

ATM (Portugal)

Payment by ATM is easy, simple and secure, and there is no risk of fraudulent use of your card. After order confirmation, the ATM payment details will be available on your screen, and also via email. Payment can be made at an offline ATM or at your bank’s online service by choosing the “Payment for services and / or purchases” option.

MBWay (Portugal)

You can pay for your orders through the MB WAY app. If you select this payment method, you must enter the mobile phone number associated with your account and “Accept” or “Decline” payment to Workshoped in the app. Payment confirmation is immediate. Learn more about MBWay at https://www.mbway.pt/.

International

To wich countries do you ship your Workshop Boxes?
We are currently shipping to all of Europe and we are looking into the possibility of shipping worldwide very soon.
How long will it take to my international order to arrive?
International orders take between 3 and 7 business days to reach the destination country.
In which languages are your Workshop Boxes available?
Currently, our Workshop Boxes are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Which currencies do you accept at your store?
At Workshoped, all payments are made in Euros.
